Surfaces

A surface is a mapping preset that can be shared between all the layers of a same canvas. Each layer of a canvas can be bind to a surface and its mapping will be updated according to the surface.

With this, many layer can easily be mapped to the same place. If the mapping on stage changes, all the binded layers can have their mapping updated just by updating the surface.
